EVENT: Powerful Communication Workshop with Our Future

We are teaming up with Our Future to bring together individuals and organisations who want to inspire and unite people and communities on the journey of positive change for North East Lincolnshire.

Together we will explore powerful communication techniques and strategies to support the change-making collective in Grimsby to engage and inspire others with a united and coherent message.

Using a mix of self-assessment, presentation, discussions and practical activities, we will cover the following areas:

• You as the Change Maker

• Building circles of influence

• Leading with values

• Building trust and confidence

• Audience perspectives

• Working as a collective for Grimsby

A short online questionnaire will be circulated to be completed to help stimulate thinking ahead of the session.
